Q Course Log & Reflection (100 points) For this course element, provide a document which outlines your activities and time spent on each. These are the activities you did onsite at a facility, or the elements related to your project. In addition to your log, provide a narrative reflection. The format of the reflection can be written, PowerPoint, or video. Reflect on your practicum experience. Below are some questions to guide your personal reflection. 1 – What surprised you the most about your practicum experience. 2 – What element did you enjoy the most about your practicum experience. 3 – What was the major challenge for your practicum experience. 4 – How did you overcome the challenge(s)? 5– What elements from past courses or semesters did you use the MOST in your practicum experience? 6 – What elements from past courses or semesters do you wish you had more time on that could have benefited you in your practicum experience? Submission Course log Must be in a written format. It is recommended that you use the course log template provided. Remember to total your hours at the end. Reflection Can be in a written format, double-spaced with attention to grammar and spelling.
